About VSDAM Enterprise
VSDAM Enterprise is a specialized enterprise HCM consulting practice based in Los Angeles, California. We work with organizations running PeopleSoft — supporting the systems they depend on, modernizing what needs to move forward, and giving them a clear picture of their current environment when they are evaluating a move to Workday.
VSDAM Enterprise Services LLC was established in California in 2024.

Divya Nookathattu
Chief Executive Officer
Divya is the owner of VSDAM Enterprise Services LLC and leads the company’s business direction. Her responsibilities span company operations, commercial and contractual matters, and the long-term growth of the practice — including how VSDAM builds its consulting capability and expands the range of clients it serves.
Vijay Nookathattu
Principal Consultant
Vijay leads consulting delivery at VSDAM and brings more than twenty years of PeopleSoft experience across HCM, FSCM, CRM and Portal, spanning PeopleTools 8.44 through 8.57. His work covers both the functional and technical sides of the platform — configuration and business process design, integrations, and upgrade and modernization delivery.
Engagements at VSDAM are principal-led. Vijay is directly involved in the analysis and design decisions that shape delivery, rather than reviewing them after the fact.

VSDAM is built to scale with the work. Engagements are staffed to their scope — project delivery, managed services, consultants working alongside your team, or advisory — and are informed throughout by more than twenty years of principal-level PeopleSoft experience.
As the practice grows, VSDAM extends its capability through experienced consultants who work to the same delivery standards. Engagements maintain senior oversight and experienced delivery throughout.
